I bought an approved used car from Toyota Duhram and I found when I did the 1st due service and MOT at Toyota Jemeca Reading. The front brake hoses were misfitted. I phoned Toyota sales againt who sold me the car in Toyota Durham after sent him the video taken by Toyota Jemeca showing the misfitted brake hoses. The sales man in toyota duhram was very defensive, and denied the responsibility of any thing on the car after the sale. I filed a complaint to the main Toyota dealer and paid the cost for refitting the brake hoses to Toyota Jemeca. Toyota Durham risked my life and my family life by misfitting the brake hoses. I paid for the Toyota Duhram mistake however the car is an aproved used and still in the 5 years warranty. It seems buying cars from Toyota dealer like buying from the street. Dealing with Toyota Duhram is realy risky and you are by your own.
