Simple and straight forward booking and good communication. Booked provisionally for a Monday move, date changed a couple of times and ended as being a Friday , busiest day of the week for removal companies but they changed dates at no additional cost. Removal guys were efficient, 4 guys on a 5 bed house, they realised there’d under estimated the amount to move, sent an additional van and two men at no extra charge. What could have been a problem on a stressful move was smoothed over with a ‘ can do’ attitude and a smile.
