Three times I have asked the desk to put a new battery in three different watches only to be told ‘oh we can’t touch this watch well have to send it away at a cost of 75.00.’ The woman who can only handle items with gloves on because of an allergy which she has told me about on each visit is probably a very nice lady but doesn’t offer good customer service. What’s the point if advertising watch repairs when they clearly cannot perform the service. This is the last time I will give Timpsons a visit.
