Sadly very poor customer service today at Horsham branch. My family have used Bakers for the past 20+ years and my platinum engagement ring was purchased here. I visited with my partner and 4yr old son to be ignored for 10 minutes by all staff members. We stood by the serving desk whilst staff were seated with customers, which is understandable, but when all three of the staff had finished assisting not one person had the courtesy to acknowledge us. Two even walked straight past us. When the only other couplein store were then asked if they would like assistance whilst browsing, that was it for us. Too bad Bakers, a lesson not to judge on appearance (were we ignored as I was wearing converse and my son a hoody?) we then proceeded to Wakefield Jewellers and spent £1,500.
