I cannot rate the young lad who served me and my Fiancé enough... we have had a stressful time after being really messed around by a high street jeweller who shall remain unnamed. My original engagement went wrong, and I had been really anxious about shopping as no one would help, everything was too hard to resize for my tiny fingers etc... However today our last attempt of the day to find something, we were served my a man called Jacob, he was relaxed, kind and patient. He gave honest feedback even if something didn’t suit me, because it helped me to chose the RIGHT ring, he let us go off for a coffee and think when we came back he’d already gotten extra information and arranged a smaller ring to arrive on Tuesday. Please can my thanks be passed on, I had truely given up on finding anything and he made it possible for me and my fiancé. What brilliant customer service he showed us! I cannot thank or rate him highly enough! Brilliant jewellers, we will most definitely be returning!
