I would just like to share my experience from a couple of days ago at the Tesco Leigh store. I needed to print off a lot of photos for a birthday event that had all been left very last minute. There wasn't much time before closing but it was very important that I got this done. A lovely lady called Kat was working there and was due to close the store at any moment. She helped me get all the photos done which resulted in her missing her bus home and having to wait an hour for the next one. I consider that extremely high customer service as she was willing to give her own personal time up to help me. I did thank her over and over again and I hope I made it clear how grateful I was for the service. We even ended up getting into a pleasant conversation about hobbies and interests and discovered that we had quite a lot in common. I will be forever grateful for this as she certainly had the right to refuse me service and send me away but she didn't, she decided to sacrifice her own time instead. If Kat was to ever see this message (and I hope she does) I again thank you from the bottom of my heart. You deserve to know that you made a positive difference to someone's life that day.
