After recently losing a door key I obtained the contact details for Simon @ Lockforce. I was surprised that he was able to come and replace the lock on a Friday evening. Simon was very polite when he arrived and explained fully what he was going to do. During the lock change there was a problem which meant Simon was there a lot longer than he needed to be. He explained that there could be a fault with a mechanism which would cost me more. Simon obviously didn't believe that was the issue and eventually the problem was resolved and my new lock replaced. So what should have only taken 20-30mins resulted in a 2 hour job. I was impressed that Simon didn't just order the part at my expense he was patient and experienced enough to know that wasn't the requirement. I would definitely 150% recommend Simon and would like to say thank you once again.
