Had a problem with lock on patio door. Simon was able to sort and explain the mechanism to me with no new parts being needed. A really honest and reliable service and I can thoroughly recommend.

Simon came to the rescue when we managed to get a key stuck in the front door, speedy efficient and friendly call out at a competitive price. Even adjusted our "crunchy" back door of his own accord. Would definitely recommend and use again (although hopefully we won't need to in a hurry)

Fantastic quick cheap and honest. Suggested I probably didn't need to change patio lock but changed just frontventrance as I was worried someone had copied my key. Quick job and it even upgraded the lock as the current one was actually snappable from the outside anyway. Thank you Simon I will definitely recommend you to friend and family

Fantastic service. Simon came and did a full assessment and advised me about how to increase security at my property after a burglary. At no point did he apply pressure to purchase any goods from him. He kept in touch regarding what he had ordered and the price. When returning to fit new locks he arrived on time and was very helpful and polite. I will definately keep his number for any further work I may need.
