Stephen called ahead, was prompt and gave estimates up front. I actually chose the more expensive replacement option rather than a service after further discussion. Stephen returned with the appropriate part 2 days later as agreed. Spent 2 hours to ensure the uPVC door opened and closed like new despite my house being old and walls / door frame not square. I was extremely impressed with his advice, professionalism and work ethic. Highly recommend
