Stephen was an absolute lifesaver and an all-round great bloke. From start to finish, the service was truly excellent. I phoned early one afternoon when my front door completely jammed due to a broken locking system, basically turning my door into a wall. When I called, Stephen was polite, friendly, and able to roughly diagnose the problem straight away based on my description. He came out that same afternoon and managed to get the door open, installing a temporary lock while he sourced the necessary parts. He returned the very next day, bang on time, and had my front door working like new. As an added bonus, he realigned the door so it no longer sticks. I couldn’t fault him or rate him highly enough — I’ve found my go-to locksmith. You’ve got a customer for life.
