Right from the outset, the quick, friendly, personable, no stuffiness approach from Milo and the team at Hazel Grove was a winner- particularly as only one other Agent out of 5 local agencies bothered to respond to a request for probate valuation. Their loss, as Lawlers were ultimately instructed in the sale. Plenty of ongoing contact and updates as to progress, viewings and offers along with advice as to the market. Sales stats also speak for themselves and had no hesitation in instructing Lawlers in the sale.
