The Oxford woodstock road branch is horrible. I asked for repairing of 2 things and dry clean my dress which I paid £45 for. When I went to pick it up, the dress was not cleaned, and was only repaired for one thing. At the time I didn't have the ticket with me which showed which exact repairing was required, so the lady at the till even argued that I never requested for the other repair at first place. I gave up arguing with her at the time and only sent the dress back for washing again. Later I found my ticket again, which clearly stated repair for 2 things and dry cleaning for the dress. So she was not only rude, but also lying!!
