I just had a brand new white shirt from Boden's ruined. First the white shirt was returned to us dingy and coated in fur balls from other items it was washed with. They wanted to 'clean' the shirt rather than give us any money back. We let them 'clean' the shirt a second time and it came back with brown stains on the color and fur balls still on the shirt. Again they wanted to 'clean' the shirt rather than return any money. We let them 'clean' the shirt a third time and it came back with subtle brown stains on several locations on the shirt and the shirt is stiff and itchy. The shirt is no longer wearable and needs to be trashed. They completely ruined the shirt. In particular, Theresa gave poor customer service. She was not helpful and quite rude in her responses to the multiple issues regarding what was wrong with our garment. Never once did they offer to refund any of our money back either for the 'cleaning' service or for the ruined garment.
