John was by far the most proactive and transparent salesman I encountered in my search for an approved used Audi. He was able to give me a good deal on the car and was always on hand to answer my questions. Service was let down however by the promise of a boot mat being included in the deal which I am yet to receive. 3 and a half months after receiving the car. Otherwise happy.
