We recently worked with Goadsby to secure student accommodation in Winchester. The process of finding good accommodation was quite challenging, but Kiranjit and Ethan made it much easier. Kiranjit was incredibly accommodating and patient during the viewings, ensuring we had all the information needed to make an informed decision. Ethan provided prompt updates on the status of the tenancy agreement, which was greatly appreciated. For student accommodation in Winchester, I highly recommend Goadsby. They are extremely professional and offer a variety of properties well-suited for degree students. The entire process—from the viewings to arranging the tenancy—was efficient and smooth. Although the process was naturally stressful for the students, Kiranjit’s reassuring and professional approach made a big difference.
