Chloe was so professional yet very relatable, teaching us all on the hottest day of the year and keeping the enthusiasm up. She answered all our queries and worries regarding the online training, and gave us confidence in our practical abilities after the demonstrations. I felt very at ease about all aspects of the training and Chloe gave me the knowledge to cope in any of the situations covered.
