Mel is a fantastic teacher! We did a first aid course with her and she made everything so clear and easy to understand. She went at a pace that suited us, answered every single question we had (no matter how small), and made sure we felt confident by the end. I now feel so much more prepared and at ease knowing what to do in an emergency. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn first aid in a supportive and friendly environment!
