Fay is absolutely fantastic and really knowledgeable. We contacted her regarding a specific class for my husband and I. She was really flexible with her booking options which was amazing as my husband's work isn't! She tailored the class to be exactly what we needed. We both full empowered and confident after her training. She answered all of our questions and provided excellent information and handouts. She also sells lovely little first aid kits! I would highly recommend Fay to anyone wanting more knowledge of first aid whether you're a parent/guardian, business owner, school or baby class provider. Thanks again Fay!
