The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently, lock fixed and issues were resolved. My only slight issue is that I would have liked to have been advised on the cost before hand as I was asked if I was happy for the work to be carried out, to which I agreed but I was rushing to get kids out the door so was slightly distracted and was then told the cost afterwards (was a fairly steep bill so would have liked to have been aware..... but I suppose thats a lesson learned for me).
