Absolutely first class care company. Friendly, professional and genuinely caring staff who clearly go the extra mile for the people they support. Communication has always been excellent and nothing ever seems too much trouble. It was also a really nice surprise seeing Mel, who immediately put me at ease with her warm and friendly approach. You can tell the staff genuinely care about what they do and take pride in maintaining high standards while treating people with kindness, dignity and respect.
