Buzzy Lizzy has been a great help to get me feeling confident when taking my little girl out and about and I have met lovely mums along the way. It has got me moving my body again and helped me feel better in myself. It gets me out of the house nearly everyday and my little girl loves watching the instructors, other mums and especially the other babies in the class so it keeps her entertained. Highly reccomended!
