Ian Fletcher general manager I’m not going to go away I’m gonna make sure I make your life hell so show media will know everything about you the way you treated me in your showroom was disgusting let me tell you I will not go away quickly I’m gonna make sure you do not have a job . Just because I was in my work clothes are not in a suit all looking like some yuppie I am a hard-working man who earns a very good wage and I have to deal with people like you who are prejudice I look down on people you are a condescending rude arrogant man I could say a lot more but it would be very rude to put my comments in let me tell you Ian Fletcher I am coming after you and I wanna make sure that everyone knows what you are like and how are you judge people you have prejudice against people

Never go to Audi Warrington as the general manager is rude and condescending when you have a problem and asked them to sort it out which Audi customer service says take your car to any Audi dealer and they will look after you with the problem joke just remember this name This name Ian Fletcher not worthy of being a general manager the only thing he is worthy of his cleaning up the workshop with a brush and a mop his sidekick who is with him is as well a waste of time stay clear of Audi Warrington

My experience brought 1 series bmw from bury st Edmunds bmw had the car 6 months and 3 days oil leaks coolant leaks turbo problems caused lot of anxiety and stress , they did fix it the car but this should of not happened did ask for refund or exchange car but was not given ☹️ Buyer be ware mark warren

Well not with so within this organisation. The "Certified Sales Executive" who I had an appointment with had other customers who were far more important and I was dismissed to some one who had only been there a few days! The car I wanted to test (automatic) was not there on the day and I could only drive a manual gearbox and the car managed to steam up and became a real hazzard. If you try and complain then the sales manager is not there and the receptionist deams you to be rude when you indicate a preference not to discuss the matter with her.

My experience at Oldham Audi was out of this world. I live in Doncaster and travel to Oldham Audi just for a service, an update or any other warranty works. I can't get the level of service Oldham Audi give me, any were near me. The dealers near me feels like doom and gloom, there is no happy faces. I get personally looked after especially by the service team, a real hospitality treatment by them. I really enjoy going to there because they have the time and day for you. They offered me with world class unmatched customer service during the entire process and beyond. Very highly recommended.Thank you service department

ive never been to a big dealership before and get looked after as soon as i stepped inside before, an older lady very smartly dressed came straight up to me and asked if she could help, i said well its the first time i have been here (as its my first V Class Merc ) she said follow me sir and looked after me on and off all thee time i was there, the technician was on the ball 100% good service, i found it an excellent service Merc Springfield ,Chelmsford, well done, give them all a pay rise.....

I purchased an brand new GLC last November and within 3 months the tires had to be replaced as it the tyres that came with the car were slipping (a know issue with these cars) . The brakes were still squeaking after six months? Mercedes said they were the wrong brake pads and needed replacing ( a known issue with this car) it took six months for the brakes to come in, i had to keep calling and speaking to the service people at Mercedes, i then spoke to trading standards and only then i had email from General Manager and the brakes suddenly turned up from Germany. General Manger said he would give a compensation for my troubles this still hasn't been resolved and its now end of February 2019 again i'm firing emails at him with lack of response from him. The quality of the car is good but the after sales service and response to customers from buying a 40K car is absolutely atrocious , and i will never deal or buy another car from with Mercedes Southend (Jardine Motors) again

Unable to provide a workable solution to my stop/start issue, other than increase the usage and travel mileage on my vehicle, so the battery remains charged to the correct voltage. This is not an acceptable solution to this problem.

First rate experience all round from this dealership. Lovely clean showroom and very friendly, knowledgable staff. I love my Smart forfour and will definately be back when looking to upgrade in the future. Highly recommended.
