It was relaxed and friendly with knowledgeable helpful staff. 9/10 Honda sights just like their cars. Reliable.
I took my car in for a special offer "Â£99 Service". The "service" turned out to be an oil change worth about Â£45 which I could do myself, and a chance for them to poke around under the car to look for faults they could overcharge me to fix.
I supplied a part for them to fit which my usual Honda specialist said would be a 5 minute job if it was already up on the ramp. This place charged me half an hour labour at Â£106p/h! After changing the part the fault wasn't fixed so they charged me another half hour to 'diagnose' the 'new' fault, which would have already been showing on the diagnostic tool.
There are plenty of other garages in the area that are better value and quality, I certainly won't be using them again.
I was welcomed and was helped in choosing a car that would suit my needs and budget.

Received a consistent positive and friendly welcome from all at Jardine. They took the time to go through requirements and explain what would be happening in the process. During the course of the work, was sent video clips of what was happening and explained to me follow-on work to be done. Was included in each stage and this was appreciated.
Excellent after-sales service by staff who are very happy to help. Highly recommended for Honda Sales and Service. Customer car park a bit of a nightmare.
