Jardine Motors Group Lancaster Land Rover Birmingham North Reviews
They've been really helpful and answered all my question abiu the car, I definitely recommend them.
In the market for a new car I wondered around for a bit no one approached me to see if I wanted any assistance so I went to another dealership got a better service and am currently negotiating the purchase of a used vehicle
I cannot fault the service i got, as met all expectations.
However the labour costs are nothing short of obscene.
£600 plus for brake pads is a joke.I am glad i have a service plan i will bring my vehicle in for service until the plan ends then go else where.
I would not recommend for repair work or replacement parts.
Its not the cost i can afford it its just such extortionate labour costs cannot be justified.
sorry but not surprised you are in trouble as a company. sad as love the product.
I was kept very well informed of progress on my vehicle, all works were done to the quoted figures and the valet was first class,
I was well looked after, and was very pleased when I was offered a vehicle to use free of charge before purchasing a new car. Everyone was sobkind and friendly. This for me, was very significant as I was desperate at that time , without a vehicle , followng what happened to my old car.
We learn that JLR are experiencing falling customer demand. This morning my wife and I visited this showroom with a view to buying a new Velar. The showroom was very quiet. The helpful receptionist tried to persuade any member of the sales team to speak to us. No one was visible in the showroom and after waiting ten minutes without anyone appearing we decided to leave. The receptionist asked us to wait but we declined. If this initial contact is typical of the way in which this dealership treats customers we have no wish to do business with them.
