Jardine Motors Group Lancaster Jaguar Wolverhampton Reviews
It was well manged to class like the cars and the people were well manerd and polite lovely people
The new location is fantastic, more like a posh hotel than a garage! Very friendly staff and a very pleasant experience. 100% stress free.
Tried to order a spare wheel. I was told on reception that the spares department was shut for stock take ( fair enough ) but someone would call me on Monday, by late on Tuesday I had heard nothing so I called back into the showroom. I was shown to the waiting area and given a coffee. After 45 minutes somebody eventually came and took my order. He told me that it would be ready the next day and that he would call me when it was ready. 4 days later and I'm still waiting for the call.
The only person to call me was a lady doing a customer satisfaction survey. lol
Please don't ask me to contact your customer service department. How about you contact me after all I'm still expecting a call from you.
Doug Brooks. I have been dealing with Lancaster Jaguar Wolverhampton for many years and just purchased a new XF. Sales relationships and associated respect and trust are fundamentally key to my purchases and Tony Martin has and continues to satisfy these requirements admirably . His selling approach removes the general stigma associated with "The car salesman", as he is a truly professional salesman and recommend any future potential car purchaser to contact Tony, they will not be disappointed. Supported by an excellent team from reception to service, definitely 5 Star.
Purchased our jaguar from Tony Martin last week who through out the experience kept us informed through out and dealt us with old school customer service rarely seen these days. Will definitely ask for him on our next purchase. Thank you Tony.
I have had a bad experience from day one with this Dealership. Given that I was a cash buyer I feel I should have been afforded a little more respect when given the vehicle and told that I wouldn't be getting brand new brakes pads and wiper blades. Just spent over £700 extra at first service on a car which has done less than 25000 miles and been told in no uncertain terms that my driving style has contributed to brake pad and disk wear.
