Our car stayed for several weeks (at least 5) in the garage, nobody updated us unless I called, and we were never told what was the problem or how long we should expect to leave the car. We were never offered to get a courtesy car, and when I asked, after at least 3 weeks, I was told that there was no courtesy car before another week... In the end when the car was finally ready, I had to call twice and get really upset so that someone would at least bring it back to us to avoid 2 hours drive to get to the center and come back. (The person that brought the car back was the only person really caring and helpful)
