Although, initially just browsing the car park on the way to shops and not necessarily looking to purchase a brand new Car, Stuart Crowe was attentive, listened to my husbands rather exacting requirements and although not able to supply the original car I wanted, was able to offer me a brand new A-Class (from the showroom) at a greatly discounted price that was around the budget we were looking to pay. Two hours later, I/my husband came away the proud owner of the car that now had a sold sticker on it. A week later and we drove it away, no hassle and all as promised. Only downside was that Mercedes no longer offered free servicing for the length of the warranty (not down to Lakeside Mercedes, a corporate change). All in all a great experience and Stuart was first class throughout. Would highly recommend him and Lakeside Mercedes.
