An absolute amazing service!! From my first contact to this dealership to the final handover of the purchase of my beautiful new Mercedes - Customer service has been flawless! It all begun with a phone call to the garage to arrange a viewing of the A200, a wonderful gentleman called Alex Osborne took my call, he also greeted me upon my arrival - showed me the car, we took for a test drive ( kept his patience as it was my first time in an automatic!!)....& from that moment I was in love with the car!!! I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the service I have received, Russell Collins in Sales was wonderful too, infact all staff at this dealership made myself, my mum & sister all very welcome! Especially as the day of purchase was my birthday!! Final handover was with Alex, he was very efficient & thorough talking me through literally everything in the car....again kept his patience & even came out for a drive to help myself gain confidence! I really do feel that Alex went above & beyond his work duty - thank you so much!!! Now just awaiting my private reg to come through....& Mercedes will supply & fit my plates for FREE!!! A MASSIVE thank you for making my Mercedes Experience an absolute delight!!! - I couldn’t ask for more!!
