Always excellent service from the parts dept team and have never let me down,very professional and friendly.Strange customer before me though ,asking for sizes of brake parts with the intention I guess of buying elsewhere and getting annoyed when this info wasn’t forthcoming( assume a choice of sizes elsewhere) but this means dragging over heavy brake discs and opening up sealed boxes and cutting open the protective plastic just to have a measure up ,to then buy them elsewhere,only one thought sprang to mind! But I thought the parts staff handled this remarkably well .My parts didn’t require this type of debarkle as I was buying them to chassis number for my Cooper S ALL4 and knew they would fit. Well done again team as I always enjoy going in there and has a sense of occasion with all the BMW and MINI products.
