My car was in for a recall issue. Everyone was polite, professional and easy to talk to. Whilst in, my car was given a health check and a wash and valet. A really good thing was that the health check was video recorded and posted on line via an emailed link so I could click the link and see what happened with a commentary as well. Great way of doing it.
