**AVOID** absolutely appalling customer service ; a friend had their children's Christmas presents stolen out of the boot during a car service!! The management apparently cannot trace where they went as they have no cctv; makes you wonder what they do to the cars whilst in their care. from a moral standpoint you'd like to think management would care what happens on their premises but instead would rather walk away leaving children without Christmas presents; so much for a Audi brand value approach.
