Been reading the reviews for net bet after I made a big withdrawal of over a thousand pounds and i got really worried about the fact they don't pay out and their long verification process. I'm pleased to say I had no issues at all with them. Asked for my documents and I sent them over and I was verified within about 4 hours, and then an hour after that my withdrawal was processed and sent to my bank. I believe that all the people leaving bad reviews must be doing something wrong and it was so easy to complete the process. Thanks net bet it's my biggest withdrawal yet. Brilliant
I wish I could give them below 1 star. Absolutely disgusting site that should be avoided like the plague. I opened an account with them some time ago, never played much and to be honest I had actually forgotten about them. Recently I received an email saying that I needed to verify my account and I would be given 50 free spins for doing so. Well I thought it can't hurt and seemed worth it as I already got an account with them. Anyway today I get an email saying my account has been verified so logged on to take my spins, guess what? That's right no spins. Anyway I contacted live chat to be told that my account is restricted from opting into any promotion, or bonuses. After reading reviews on here and today's experience with them I am now under the impression that they have deliberately tricked me into sending personal information under false pretences. Ive told them to close my account, I will not deal with dishonest companies like this. Do not deal with these cowboys or you will find yourself writing a review similar to this one.

The 1 star reviews are no joke! Do yourself a favour and steer clear of these con artists. I won £650 2 weeks ago and i know il never see it. They blocked me from chat for asking where it was and now my account has been somehow self excluded for 6 months. Now i have my solicitor on the case. I dont usually write reviews but felt compelled to. Like most of the reviewers here, my problems came when i tried to withdraw my money. OH MY GOD. Literally it was laughable. It seemed normal at first, when they asked to verify myself through drivers license ID and a bank statement. Once i did this, they then wanted a selfie of me holding them. At each stage i asked the person on live chat if this would be enough and they re assured my it would. NO, it wasnt, so i would keep going back on chat, asking why my money hadnt been withdrawn yet. Then they said i needed a telephone verification.They told me I would be awaiting this phone call but after a few days of no phone call I soon realised they werent bothered with doing this to again draw out this process and hope i dont bother. I had to ring them so i rang them up and did that. I went back on, nope hadnt been withdrawn yet. Spoke to a live chat person again and they said I needed my passport picture and a statement copy. Then they wanted the one i originally sent them which was 6 months old, (the new one i sent them was only 3 months old, but to drag it out and hope i get bored and give up, they wanted this exact statement again for me to send). Then they said my ID picture was too blurry, and literally we went back and forth at least 20 times. I spoke to two different people, one was Michael. And I would ask these two different people at different times what I required to withdraw, and on several occassions they would both tell me different things, and several times they said I would get my money and had finished the withdrawal process. When i brought it up to them that i had been reassured the process had been done they just said they needed more information. They hope you get bored so they can keep your money. The people on chat are probably just a couple of young people abroad running this site. Very unprofessional, and very obvious what they were trying to do. When i told them i had read these reviews and knew what they were doing, and mentioned the gambling commission I eventually got my money a couple of months after my win. scam artists.
There is plenty of other better bookies to use than these cowboys. Stay well away from these, they will hold onto your winnings for as long as possible and make you jump through loops to get your funds back. 4 weeks i've been waiting on just £23.00 win...Imagine if you've won a large sum, could only imagine what they would want you to do. There customer support is none existent, with there generic automated response to each of your emails. Supposedly they require a phone call to validate your account. After the 3rd bet that is..I've waiting for the phone call for 4 weeks. I've emailed them multiple times, with no success on getting any further. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with them. Seriously the worst betting company in the world. Restricted after very few bets. Finally got round to drawing out my funds and they just keeping asking for more and more ridiculous information. In 2019 they want my Bank Branch number (still cannot get this even from the bank) and Bank Address. Now need a statement showing my account details with the correct IBAN and Swift numbers. It's internet banking and all of this information is not on the statements. Save your self some time and please avoid this joke of a company.
Awful betting site - joined up and won a bet ... after trying to withdraw my money they then blocked it until I sent them 3 different types of proof that I am who I stated. After a week of sending documents they finally released my funds but blocked me from taking part in any promotions when I asked them why they wouldn’t give any kind explanation and instead blocked my account! Happy to change this if they honour it anytime soon....Update after waiting 3 days. They've come out with bs that its first settled bet. And the double settled before the single. Netbet and the 2.5 year verification delaySo here it goes - not sure if anyone can advise on an issue I have had with this company. I set up an account with Netbet in 2017 and deposited a large amount and lost practically all - I was using it for about 3 4 months. Anyway I was never asked to verify my details. Nothing, no passport, no utility bills, not one thing. I moved on from them as I wasn't fussed on their prices. Life changed and I moved abroad and name changed and had children etc etc. One night i was cleaning the apps on my phone and seen Netbet. Opened it up after a few tries and deposited a few quid into it again and lost it all. However, they began asking me to verify the account after all the second tranch of monye had been lost. The account was opened in January 2017 and I placed my last bet on 15 April following afew emails asking them to verify. However, my question to them was why was the account never suspended pending verification under KYC rules. I am requesting a refund on the basis the account should have been suspended because it was 2.5 years since I opened it and they did not ask me to verify until 8 April 2019.They also gave my false infomration and said they were unable to locate me for two years. I know that they have broken the laws pertaining to KYC and am in the middle of reporting them unless they refund my deposits.
