Hi Katie, I just wanted to let you know that during the day yesterday we got the Ofsted phone call and so when Liliana arrived last night all the staff were still here and in a slight state of panic!! She was absolutely fantastic and arrived at approximately 5.30pm and didn’t leave until gone 9pm having done a brilliant job on the school. We just wanted to let you know how much that was appreciated and to let you know we are happy to pay for her extra hours. If in the future she feels a couple of extra hours are needed here and there to catch up, please let us know and we are prepared to pay for these. Could you please pass on our thanks to Liliana.
