I received 5 star service from everyone at Williams & Donovan, Benfleet. From the first phone call I made and spoke to Alex, I knew I’d receive a friendly service. Lloyd valued my house and took the amazing photos and drone pictures. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and listened to my situation, I never felt rushed like I had done with other estate agents. Within one week I had 11 viewers and accepted an offer by the end of that week. From that point onwards I dealt with Darren, Denise, Anita and Stephanie. Each one of them helped answer my questions and concerns, usually with a little laugh along the way. Selling a house is so stressful and everyone at W&D made it as pain free as possible. I want to add an additional thank you to Stephanie, who worked really hard to secure our exchange and completion dates, she always responded to emails quickly, no matter what the day or time was! I would highly recommend W&D, trust me you will not regret it. Thank you again to all of you.
