Just exchanged today and I must say if it was not for Stephanie the after sales Specialist I really do not think we would have exchanged our chain of 5 today or any day, she was indeed the glue that kept our chain together, I know I felt like giving up on a number of occasions but Stephanie kept on till the end, we really can’t thank her enough for all she did. We would highly recommend the whole team at Williams and Donovan thank you
