Worst purchase ever. My husband bought me a £500 canvas as a birthday gift 10 months ago, it hasn’t been delivered yet! Over a 100 phone calls , a 100 fake promises, and still counting.

I couldn't have had a more positive experience with BoConcept, Manchester store.I'd had my eye on the Lugano unit for a while but couldn't quite justify the price, so when I saw that the Manchester store had an ex-display Lugano in the colour I wanted, I contacted the team at the store to purchase and arrange shipping to London. David Edwards - from the Manchester team - was incredibly helpful and continually shared updates on how my order was coming along.My Lugano unit has now arrived and I'm super impressed with the quality. All in all, a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend.

I ordered chandeliers that not only appeared slightly different to what was on the website, it was not suitable for my flat. I enquired about a refund and so far they have refused this request-even thou under the consumer contract regulations, a customer needs to be provided with 14 days minimum cancellation period. Boconcept only provide 72 hours. Furthermore, it took 6 weeks to deliver the item and now that lockdown has eased, I've had professionals advice me not to install the chandeliers. I want a refund and happy to waive transport/delivery costs!

We have used Bo Concept Kingston for a number of items and have been delighted. Hristo and Dimitris have provided valuable design advice and suggestions, helping us to select some great pieces and combinations. They have been positive, responsive and really helpful throughout. The deliveries have been on schedule and the delivery teams willing and cheerful. Highly recommended.

I have had an issue with my sofa, which is still not resolved. Bristol Shop helpful but the main office has been useless in support. Not helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend if buying an expensive piece of furniture.

We had excellent service from the minute we went into the showroom until the delivery and setting up of our sofa. The delivery team were punctual, friendly and incredibly skilled at their job. It was quite telling that they were directly employed by BoConcept and not under contract. They really cared about their job and their customers

Bought my sofa last year 2019 March and arrived a month later which agreed. However, after user for 6 month sofa cushion start to deepen and they aware is the manufacture fault, They agreed to replace a new sofa and I did not get my replacement sofa till last week due to covid. Happy once I got my sofa last week. However, after a week sitting on the sofa, same problem occurred again, and the cushion has deepen. I have spend more than £5K on Bo Concept product, so far the sofa that I bought is the worst sofa I ever got in my entire life! Lim

Confused - you're still advertising, your web site implies deliveries still happening, I order, you take the cash and tell me you're closed - when I query this I get some copy of the gov document (which is advisory) and reminded (thanks..) it's because of COVID. I don't mind waiting but you took my cash over a month ago and I'm none the wiser. Yes, please put the priority of colleagues first but let's not forget simple clear communications for the customer - many other companies seem to be able to communicate much more clearly through these times.

Excellent service and good quality products.I have purchased all my furniture from BoConcept (apart from the wardrobe). 2 years later: the carpet continues to look new, sofa, bed,lamp, coffee and dining table as well as the mirror have all kept their excellent condition.Today i had the wall desk installed and its looking good!

HiI bought and paid for the small Fermo media unit from BoConcept in Edinburgh. I have now been told it has been discontinued and therefore unavailable. I asked for my money back and I was told that under BoConcept terms and conditions unless I changed my mind within 72 hours I would only be entitled to 65% of my money back. I asked how I was supposed to change my mind within 72 hours when it was infinitely more than that before they told me the furniture was unavailable. They then offered me the bigger unit which was available and they said they could work with me to make it fit - not sure how they were going to do that!! I was also offered a credit note which again I didn't want. Under the Law, when I bought and paid for the furinture we both entered into a legally binding Contract which imposes responsibility on both parties. BoConcept to supply the goods, and me to pay for the goods. I upheld my side of the Contract in that I paid in full in advance for the furniture. BoConcept did not uphold their side of the Contract in that they could not supply the item of furniture bought and paid for. Therefore BoConcept are in breach of Contract and as such, under the law, I should be entitled to be refunded the whole amount using the same method I used to pay for the furniture in the first instance within 14 days.No reply for them. So at the moment I seem to be the one losing out all around. No furniture, no full refund, no comment. I'm quite sad about it because the person I had been dealing with had been very nice initially.Lesley

bought an indivi sofa from the Tottenham court road location and when I called to say there was a rip in the fabric, Sylvan the salesman told me I was lying even though I emailed a picture of the flaw. He then said I did this myself to get a discount. The rip is a foot long! terrible service and quality!

Recently purchased the Carlton sofa in leather.. good on the eye, excellent quality. However, the worst sofa for comfort so certainly not value of money. After having spent so much money on the sofa we can’t even bear to sit on sit for more than an hour. The cushions flatten quiet quickly, so frequently have to keep fluffing them. Very disappointed!!
