Excuse us but your customer service has given a wrong address and now we have to wait for an another 20 days. I am speechless and super stressful as the only place I can sit in this home is the mattress and dining chairs. It's really disappointing to see a big company like BO Concept to handle this matter this way. I have zero respect and admiration for the company. Westfield staff are super. Jeppe, Sara, Valerie and all the other lovely members of staff ( sorry I didn’t get your names) were all so patient and professional and helpful. We’ve just ordered two sofas one armchair and a footstool. Outstanding service. And Jeppe even came to meet us at the Tottenham Ct Rd branch to compare colours and styles!!Thank youMargaret and Chris and family

This complaint is regarding the service that we had from Harrods London Bo Concept. Firstly it was not the first time we've purchased furniture from BO Concept. We were very happy to be served with a great team in the beginning and were quite happy with the satusfactory fast order and delivery policy of the company. However as me and my husband have been away for the month, we weren't here at the time of the delivery and our housekeeper has managed to help to the assembly team. When we were back to London we have been devastated. The Hamilton sofa that we've ordered was in royal navy velvet fabric which looked perfect from the outside. However the comfort of the sofa is so dissatisfying that we do not want to spend ANY time on the sofa at all. We have been trying someone from the company to come and see the product for a very long time but noone has arrived. To be honest with you I think of nothing but had such a bad experience overall with the comfort and after sales customer service. Now, as someone who is expecting, we are still awaiting for an independent upholster to come and analyse the comfort of the sofa. We are very unhappy with our purchase and we want nothing but BO Concept to remake or exchange it with an another product as the price is quite high. The other problem was that our interior designer has helped us quite much but unfortunately designed the allocation of the products by the image of the floorplan in the lettings advertisement of our apt. The floorplan was listed as not accurate on it so even if we had a site visit, there was no real plan of the house which the allocation would be done in. So after tracing off the floorplan we came to a point to purchase an armchair as we thought that there would be space. What happened is that the living area is not big enough to have it since the measurements were not accurate since it was traced off there was a huge difference with the computer drawing and the reality. We have been trying to refund or exchange it for three weeks but the team has not confirmed anything yet. It'a quite sad as the prices are super high and the service that we received is quite dissatisfactory. I am super sad about it and literally don't have any idea what we should do...I have never returned or sold any furniture but I came to a point where this has become a torture instead of comfort and luxury.

Purchased the Ottawa dining range from Alan and couldn't be happier with our choice. From start to finish the whole process was very relaxed and a very pleasant shopping experience. Will be back at BoConcept Manchester for our next interior challenge. Thanks to the whole team! Marie and Leo

Fantastic products with helpful staff (Manchester store). Extremely let down by extortionate delivery price- it will cost you £130 (or £180 for weekend delivery) to have a sofa delivered. The delivery driver will not take the sofa into your property and will only leave it outside. You are not given a specific delivery slot and there is no way to track. After taking the item in (including stairs) you will then have to assemble the legs and take away the packaging. For some post codes this is the only delivery option offered.I did not expect this service after paying such a high price for the item in question. I will not be purchasing again if this is the delivery service and cost on offer.

My husband and I went into the Kingston branch yesterday. Cannot recommend enough. Assisted by James who had great product knowledge, great salesmanship but not pushy. Will definitely be going back.

Huge thanks to Laura for helping me design the most beautiful bookcase. It looks absolutely amazing. Willian and David H did a fantastic job installing it yesterday and didn't mind at all when I asked them to rehang one of the doors the opposite way. Brilliant experience from start to end.Thank you all.

BoConcept Bristol have offered exceptional service throughout our purchase of two large items of furniture. Such a pleasure to have an interior designer from the showroom help unpack, check and set up the furniture in our premises. The delivery team couldn’t have been more helpful, and our sales person, Rula, was the best. Thanks to all of you, from very satisfied customers. Oh, and the furniture is fab!

We ordered a sofa in their ex-display offers earlier in the year, which ended up with a fault, so were able to exchange for another sofa, which we did with an Ottawa sofa and footstool. The service to help with all this was excellent and accommodating to our times available.The delivery was team were excellent bringing the items in and placing them were we wanted them exactly, and to top it all off were quick in the assembly too. We would certainly look to order from Bo Concept again in the future because of the service as well as the styles of the furniture too.
