Had an issue with our radiators not working - in freezing cold weather. Called Dave and although he tried to talk me through it - him and his team were stacked out over the next few days. He rang to say he had finished his appointment early and had a 30 minute slot and would pop in to Hill Ridware on his way to the next appointment. Sorted within 30 minutes. Now that’s excellent service for you! :) highly recommend!
