Tried to fix the lock myself on my bifold doors and got into some difficulty. I admitted defeat and called Tony. It was the first time using the service and he was very responsive- he communicated to tell me exactly when he would get here. He was able to fix the problem within the hour and for a great price- I’ve recommended Tony to friends and family already and will continue to do so. Excellent service.
