Phoned in the morning with a faulty door lock. Wasn’t too hopeful as it was an old aluminium door. Tony asked for some photos and said he could fix it giving me a quote. He was busy but committed during the day and was still working into the evening when he arrived and repaired the door. It’s like a new door and his fee was very reasonable. So professional and polite. Highly recommend.
