I went to your store on the 11th september have a battery fitted in my skagen watch, unfortunately the young man broke the watch face,told me it would be fixed just took my first name, said would be ready on Friday ,went to pick it up different man did not know anything about it could not find anything written down, eventually found watch in drawer where it had been left on 11th he then told me they would have to get glass for it and it would take 4 to 8 weeks took my phone number. Could not manage so long without watch bought a new one . I called in Asda today 28th I asked to see if they knew anything about it, different man he searched every cupboard,looked for information about it was none. then looked in drawer where it had been put originally there was the watch fixed, I don't know if anyone was going to phone me,so here I am £70 worse off through being given duff information. Not a bit impressed.
