What a waste of time. Was promised my watch would be sent off for a repair quote and I'd hear back in a few days to see how much it would cost. A week and a half later, I'd heard nothing so I rang to follow up. Here I was told they'd ring up the workshop and find out what has happened. I heard nothing. Another week later I'd had enough so rang them up to see what was going on. Apparently it was still in the workshop and nothing was happening. I asked them to return my watch as I'll get it repaired elsewhere. No apology for the delay, lack of contact, all round awful experience, nothing. Hopefully my watch makes it back to me although I can't say I'm filled with too much confidence. Avoid and go elsewhere.
