I visited the shop at 11:00am on Friday, 11th December 2020 to obtain an engraved ID tag for my dog. Rob attended to me straight away as the previous customer had just left the shop. I explained what I wanted engraved on the metal tag, he wrote this down and I confirmed this was correct. He was very polite and courteous and on my return to collect the tag half an hour later , it was all ready and neatly done. I received excellent service.
