Saturday 21 Dec Wanted a ford key cut had my own blank. Company policy you can only sell me your own. No problem I will have yours. yes I can come back in 30 minutes. Key will not open the door. No problem try again sorry we don't have any more keys and not sure when the new ones will arrive. Any chance you can cut mine will still pay. Sorry company policy.
