Hello! Over the last month I have taken five duvets in for dry-cleaning. Anne has been there each time, and I gather that she has been on duty throughout lockdown. She has been cheery, courteous and highly efficient on each occasion - the duvets have been turned round within 24 hours every time. Anne is a credit to your business and its admirable ethos, and as I'm sure you know, you've got a real gem there!
