The gentleman in Timpson Risca was very welcoming and polite, I had a key cut in my local key cutting place and they cut it wrong twice so I thought I would try this shop. He cut my keys in seconds for me and I was in and out. Got home and they worked straight away. Social distancing was well in the shop too, so will definitely use the shop again as I had excellent service, he's a credit to your company. I didn't catch his name but I believe he was refurbishing the shop.
