Avoid iPhone screen repairs from this company . I choose Timpsons to repair my cracked iPhone screen as it seemed like a good trustworthy business paid a pricey £49 for this repair so would expect a good service, but just 3 days after the new screen had been fitted I took the phone out of my pocket ( in a protective case) to find the screen had cracks on it, I had not dropped it or had any unusual pressure on it so thought this would be a straight forward return and replacement how wrong I was was told by staff member they don’t crack on there own and I must have dropped it?! He offered to do it again for £10 less still over the odds to pay. He then gave me a customer helpline to call which I was told the same thing I must have dropped it and I couldn’t prove I hadn’t ! Absolutely criminal company will not be returning and will spread the word to all to avoid at all cost
