Billy was excellent. Clearly very knowledgeable and took time to explain the guarantees and the nature of the repair, and also have me information about the watch serial number and insurance which was most helpful. Billy has a naturally personable way about him and made sure to acknowledge every customer as they arrived and enquired how he might help, meaning he was able to multi-task and let each customer know they were important. Very polite and considerate and a credit to the Timpson brand. I shall certainly return to this store for other things when needed.
