I have been several times to the booth in Morrisons Parkgate , Rotherham. I keep returning there because I know I will always receive excellent customer care and skilful service from young man called 'Jay'. I have already asked Morrisons to pass on how pleased I was with his attitude and work completed for me. Jay has completed watch repairs, key cuts , sent off an ipad for repair and replaced batteries. He is courteous and very helpful. He has a friendly and respectful manner when dealing with customers, and I have trust in his competence when undertaking the various jobs I have asked him to complete.I believe in giving feedback to stores and companies , because if it was me I would want to know how my business was represented at the front line. If I am not satisfied then I will complain, however , I think there should be more encouragement and praise for excellent customer service and expertise, when it is apparent that this is the case. Please pass on some encouragement to Jay, because I think you have a really great advertisement for Timpsons in this young person.
