I visited and ordered a house sign on 16 March 2020. Shortly after, the lock-down was introduced by the government. This meant that my order was significantly delayed. When the item was eventually delivered to your other Ashford outlet (at Sainsburys) I was advised that the house sign was damaged in transit. I have yet to receive the replacement house sign. My rating reflects my experience of your service, but I have to say that the staff at your Ashford outlet were helpful by re-ordering a replacement sign.
