This is the third time in the last year I have had kind attention from your very helpful gentlemen (yesterday's was Steven) 1) punching two extra holes in a leather belt, (no charge) 2)fitting a rubber ferrule on an unusual old walking stick, and 3) checking my husband's stopped wrist watch to find it irretrievably broken!(no charge) Any future problem and first port of call will be Timpson, right next to my grocer's.
